What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Assistant Operations Manager, you will serve as the "Execution Engine" of the recruitment function. You will move beyond traditional "post and pray" methods to actively hunt and engage the best talent in the market. Your key tasks include:
- Active Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive "hidden" talent for niche roles.
- Candidate Advocacy: Act as the face of the brand, ensuring every candidate receives timely, transparent, and respectful communication.
- Quality Filtering: Conduct structured interviews to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and resilience.
- Talent Pooling: Proactively build high-quality pipelines for high-demand skill sets to reduce future time-to-hire.
- Operational Integrity: Maintain flawless data hygiene within the ATS to ensure accurate real-time reporting.
What You’ll Bring
- Recruitment Experience: Previous exposure to talent acquisition or a high-energy recruitment environment.
- Digital Fluency: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven sourcing tools, and major job boards.
- Exceptional Communication: Non-negotiable verbal and written skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations with grace.
- Emotional Intelligence: A strong ability to read people and assess "red flags" or cultural nuances.
- Resilience & Bias for Action: A self-starter mindset that thrives under pressure and views challenges as opportunities.

- System Savvy: Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Niche Sourcing: Experience mapping competitors or sourcing in specialized community groups.
- Process Improvement: A track record of suggesting new tools or templates to optimize team efficiency.
